Spice Girls to reunite minus one member

British pop group from the 90s — Spice Girls — are reuniting for an anniversary tour but Posh Spice — Victoria Beckham — won’t be joining them this time.

The girls will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut single Wannabe with an international tour in 2016. Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Mel B will all be the part of the tour except for Victoria, reports The Sun.

Earlier this month, pop singer-turned-TV show judge Mel B hinted at a possible Spice Girls reunion, saying she would like to “gather the troops” to mark the group’s 20th anniversary next year.

The group was previously reunited in 2007 for a 47-day tour. Although the girls declared that there won’t be anymore reunions, they were last seen together at the London Olympics closing ceremony three years ago.

The Sun quoted a source as saying, “Victoria wishes the girls the best of luck. She knows the reunion is on but has declined to be involved. She is far too busy running her fashion brand and looking after her family to get back on a stage.”

However, it is not confirmed yet if Posh will be joining the girls, her throwback picture that she posted on Twitter on Thursday might gave us a hint:

The group sold more than 85 million records. Their debut album –Spice – was also the fastest-selling in Britain after the Beatles.
